Since I was the developer of one house I had to engage a civil engineer (Albert Ting) to do the subdivision plans. I organized the sand filling, engaged a surveyor, called tenders for building the access roads and drains. While this was going on I engaged an architect (Wee Han Wen) to do the engineering drawings of the house for submission to MDC for approval.
